Descent of the Stiperstones 300km Perm

An extended version of the delightful Descent of the Stiperstones 200km, a 100km loop from Newtown adds in the old mountain road from Llanidloes to Machynlleth and back over the same hills to get back to Newtown, just in case the 200km route wasn't hilly or long enough for you! Note 1 - Please note the route passes through the River Severn flood plain so check for flood risk before setting off (mainly around the Meverley area but also around Montford bridge on the return journey). Note 2 - Please also take extra care on the descent from Trelystan (76km), the 12km descent into Machynlleth, the descent on the way back passing through Dylife and Staylittle as well as the Descent from the Bog Visitor Centre. Validation by GPS or E-Brevet only. E-Brevet allows you to pick the route up at any point.
