Noojee, naturally

Start at the Lilydale-Warburton Rail Trail, end of Chapel Street Lilydale. Ride to Warburton, climb to an elevation of 900 m over the McCarthy Spur road then descend into Noojee. Return via Neerim South and the Bunyip State Forest. Checkpoints at Warburton (39 km), Neerim South (106 km) and Gembrook (158 km) where food/drinks may be purchased. Food also available at Noojee (87 km - cafe/pub). A distance of 203 km, 3100 m climbing, 71% gravel, 29% sealed. Gravel bike or similar with strong tyres recommended.
