100km River Gambols

Rambling along Adelaide Rivers. Encore is the lovely Little Para paths, down to the wetlands at the end. Then ride to the top of the Dry Creek paths. Explore the top section of the River Torrens! Great views from on high, across the wide valley below, from many sections of the trail. Lots of woodlands up there! Down the Torrens to the Lochiel Par 3 golf course for the southern control, on the hills side of the river. Then retrace your route, with a few variations around Walkley Heights, and back down Dry Creek to Mawson Lakes. A shared path next to Parafield airport, and some back streets next to the Gawler rail-line, to return to the Parabanks shopping precinct, next to the Little Para. From there a short ride back to the finish.(6km of gravel - 25mm tyres or above will do it easily.)
