A beautiful, challenging route including the climb up to Reddish Knob at 4397 elevation (one of the highest points in VA), fast, smooth descent to Sugar Grove WV (with an unexpected molehill before you bottom out), a gentle amble back into VA along the Cowpasture River, and a final climb over Shenandoah Mountain before heading back to Bridgewater.
