A scenic century loop in the country on a mixture of surfaces and terrain, from gravel roads through farmland to challenging climbs through the Conondale National Park. A gravel or mountain bike is required with tyres 40mm or wider with grip for soft mud depending on weather. The ride starts at the Kilcoy Visitor Information Centre where there is ample parking. There is access to a filtered water station and public amenities at Yowie Park. The control is at Jimna Base Camp, 21 School Rd Jimna 4515. Jimna town is the only resupply location on the ride. Please be aware Jimna Base Camps canteen is only open on the weekends from 8am to approx 4pm. You can purchase the following with cash or eftpos - coffee, cold drinks, assorted bickies, ice-cream,packet chips and lollies, banana bread, assorted pre packed sandwiches and filtered tap water. The descent out of Conondale National Park becomes technical with deep ruts which requires caution.
