A ride out to the delightful Waterside Cafe in Bollington, there are short testing climbs over Pott Shrigley and then again up Sugar Lane after the cafe stop in Bollington. Station South cafe is not open on Monday or Tuesday . The route passes through Cheadle so you could always call in at the excellent Le Petit Bijou cafe and say hello to Bob. Route info from rider on 24/02/26 Various parts of the A555 link road cycle path are closed by the council for drainage works between where you join on Hall Moss Lane and Woodford Road. The workmen tell us there will be disruption for about five months. In order to bypass the works, an option would be to continue along Hall Moss Lane/Moor Lane for about 1km past the link road turn off. Then turn left onto Jenny Lane, and continue to the end and turn left again at Woodford Road. Which will bring you back to the Link Road cycle path on the other side of the repair works. The E-brevet Checkpoint for the Link Road Cycle Path works at the entrance to the link road cycle path on Hall moss Lane.
